1 General Terms & Conditions

Cricketbet (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of all services provided by the Platform.

2 Registration & Account

• One Account: Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all balances may be forfeited.

• Mobile Number Verification: A valid mobile number must be provided at registration and verified via OTP.
• Password: Use a strong password and never share it with anyone.
• KYC Verification: KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000.

3 Deposits & Payments

The following payment methods are available for deposits on cricketbet:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket – minimum ৳500
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, Bitcoin – minimum equivalent of ৳500
• Bank Transfer: Via selected banks – minimum ৳1,000

Important Deposit Rules:

• Deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name. Deposits sent from another person's account will not be accepted.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If you experience any issues, please contact support within 30 minutes.
• Cricketbet does not pay any interest on deposited funds.

4 Withdrawal Rules

The following rules must be followed to withdraw winnings:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 (contact support for amounts above this limit)
• Processing Time: bKash/Nagad/Rocket withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes; bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• For Verified Accounts: Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered in your own name.
• Wagering Completion: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• KYC Mandatory: Identity verification is required for withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times when betting on cricketbet:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed. If confirmation fails due to a network issue, the bet will be considered void.
• Odds Changes: The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final. Any subsequent changes to the odds will not affect your confirmed bet.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is fully cancelled, all bets placed on that match will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Live Betting: Odds change rapidly in live betting. Please confirm the odds before placing each bet.

• Erroneous Odds: cricketbet reserves the right to void any bet placed on clearly erroneous or incorrect odds.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Cricketbet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit (up to ৳5,000). This bonus can be withdrawn after meeting the 10x wagering requirement.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering or transactions involving illicit funds
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Accessing another user's account or attempting to hack any account
• Registering with a fake identity or false information
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Threatening or harassing other users

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Cricketbet may close or temporarily suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Where clear evidence of a terms violation is found
• If a suspicious or unusual transaction is detected
• If KYC verification has not been completed
• By order of a court or regulatory authority
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)

You may request to close your account at any time. Any verified balance remaining will be refunded to you.
